We loved this hotel for our family. We loved the location as we were close to Santa Cruz land Monterey. We will definitely book again in the future. The grounds of the hotel were also clean and the staff was very kind.

Beautiful grounds. Plenty of parking ($10/night charge which is reasonable compared to so many others!) All rooms have a nice patio! Beds were super comfortable. Very nice! Will definitely stay here again when in the area!

An extra $10/day for parking is ridiculous. Just include it in the price of the room. People don't walk to the facility or fly in at Aptos International airport!

grounds and facilities were very nice although lighting in the room could be better. Ordered room service for a bday celebration expecting it to be delivered in real plates, instead the meals were boxed and delivered in a brown paper bag so that was a let down. the food was really good though, presentation could have been better especially since they charge extra for room service. Really enjoyed the breakfast, everything we ordered was good, it was so relaxing to hear the waterfall as we dined and the kids really enjoyed the koi pond

The location close to the 1 fwy. Safeway and Peets coffee across the street. Restaurant, bar and pet friendly. We walked to the beach within 20 minutes.

Nice property, lovely grounds, rooms were spacious and clean. The staff was wonderful, very efficient and accommodating. We arrived early and were able to check in. Very comfortable and relaxing. Nice quiet neighborhood, short drive to attractions.

The location is great for visiting our son in Santa Cruz. It is next to shopping and the freeway. We have stayed here many times before and had very pleasant stays.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The restaurant and bar area was beautiful. The room was very spacious. We really enjoyed that the TV was updated and we could connect our Netflix streaming network.

The breakfast was great and happy hour by the koi pond was fun with our 4 year old. We enjoyed the pool. Location was close to Safeway and other food decent food.
